As an improvisational collaborative artist, I see the social interface of public performance as both an intuitive playground and an essential laboratory for my work. Working in tandem with a group of inspired individuals fortifies my belief in collaboration and motivates me to realize my artistic potential. Time spent creating alone is confined to a single path. Creating together forges the willpower to explore every possibility.
Incorporating fellow artists', as well as the general public’s, feedback and participation throughout the inception and development of new work allows me to explore ideas that I would have overlooked on my own. These vigilant outside perspectives increase clarity of communication and provide an opportunity for community involvement. Collaboration with artists across media through experimental sessions that include live music, interactive projection, non-traditional performance arts, programming and video content encourages the flow of creative insight. Attention to detail is inherent in my work. Every moment in performance is a statement and I insist on distilling them into tangible declarations. Occurring exclusively in immersive settings, my work places the action within the audience to encourage active viewing and participation. By confronting issues and affording the viewers a chance to choose sides, I craft experiences that break down the fourth wall. |

Annika Dörr is a dancer, dance and movement teacher, living in Berlin. She received her BA in Dance at the University of the Arts, London and a diploma in dance theatre at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, SEAD.
After her studies, Annika concerned herself with a broader idea of movement, which went past dancing into movement aspects like Parkour, Handbalancing and Martial Arts. She is part of the teaching team of Joseph Bartz Training and is also involved in social teaching for refugees and people with disabilities. |

Alicja comes from Poland. She’s a graduate of a National Ballet School in Poznan, Poland and received a Bachelor Diploma in Movement Studies at Northern School of Contemporary in Leeds, UK. She then moved to Germany and won a scholarship for a full-time directing course at Met Film School Berlin. Right now, she works in the field of video and photo documentation of live performance, creates screen adaptations of stage work, reels, stills, as well as artistic video work. She has directed several short dance films that have been shown in international festivals throughout Europe.

On her third carrier path, Camille Buttingsrud, born in Norway in 1964, is currently travelling the world as an independent researcher in philosophy of the body.
After a couple of decades as a stage performer, focusing on Sri Lankan and Indian classical dance, physical experiential theatre, and singing, she produced, wrote and directed two documentaries. The first film received multiple awards at film festivals, and both films were bought and screened by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, DR, and presented at festivals such as Odense International Film Festival, Nordische Filmtage in Lübeck, Tampere Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, Roskilde Music Festival, and the 2001 NGO Conference Against Racism in South Africa. Reading philosophical texts during research for the film Danes on Death inspired Buttingsrud to attend philosophy evening classes at the University of Copenhagen. In 2014 she completed her studies with a master thesis on the consciousness of the performing subject, making use of her practical experiences of dancing and performing in Asia and Europe. Buttingsrud’s phenomenological work on embodied and affective consciousness – on the way we transcend and ‘think’ through embodied activity – has become an object of intense interest in international, academic circles. An article from her MA thesis was accepted as a book chapter in the anthology Mind on the Move: Reflections at the Intersection of Dance and Cognitive Science (forthcoming, Penn State Press), and several presentations of her work has been published in conference proceedings. She has presented at fifteen international, peer- reviewed conferences, and on December 2nd she will be heard at the PlayTrack Conference at the Interacting Mind Centre (IMC) at Aarhus University. At the moment Buttingsrud is lecturing at the Danish National School of Performing Art in Copenhagen and Østfold University College in Norway. Emese Csornai, from Budapest, is a Berlin-based theater professional with a visual art background, specialized in installation, performance and light design.
She has studied architecture in Budapest and got a BA at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam in 2009. She started as self-taught in 2007 in theater light design, later guided by Ellen Knops. She has been a dramaturg and light designer of Mono collective from 2010-2012. Her ongoing collaboration with Silvia Bennett has continued in a new form, as TriCo. performance trio. She has been working for 6 years for the Monday Match series in Bimhuis Amsterdam, and with independent productions at Overtoom 301. She has directed the performances On being ill (2013) and Doos (2014) , and has exhibited several of her installations. She has held the following workshops on improvisation techniques: The Pool (2012-14) Images in motion (2014) and Performing: Space(2015). She has worked for contemporary operas, dance performances, illusionist shows, spoken word theater and community projects. Florian von Hoermann was born in 1975. He is based in Munich and works as an independent director, author, and painter. In 1999, he graduated from the Athanor Academy in Passau, having specialised in theatre and film directing under the guidance of Professor David Esrig.
Until 2006, he worked as an assistant director, and since 2009 he has been teaching acting and directing at Athanor Academy. He directed many productions for the State theatres in Dresden, Baden, Stuttgart, and Frankfurt. He co-founded the artistic community “Institut für GlücksFindung” |

Gábor Hartyáni is a Berlin-based cellist who started to improvise in his teens parallel to playing with the Colla Parte Consort renaissance ensemble and the Youth String Orchestra of his home town Gödöllő. Later his musical attention shifted toward instant composition, jazz, and world music. After his Sociology and Anthropology studies in Budapest and creating for two and a half years in Amsterdam, he moved to Berlin in early 2017. Besides working on his solo project TranceMutation he is the Berlin coordinator of the multidisciplinary Young Blood Initiative, founder of the world fusion collective Khayâl and the cellist of the electronic live act Schattenspiel, the jazz band Small Kingdom and Carlos Libedinsky's Magic Signs Orchestra. Moreover he frequently collaborates with various dancers and musicians in Berlin, Amsterdam and Budapest.

Jahman Davine is an Australian born theatre maker working between Melbourne, Australia and Berlin, Germany. Having graduated from the National Theatre Drama School. Davine’sproductions walk a formal tightrope between chaos and order, using philosophy and mythology to investigate themes of social ideology, fantasy and taboo. Often containing little story, and void of modern characters, his work seeks to engage the audience’s collective cerebral and physical responses to time, space and causality composition. By counterpointing poetic text, visual art, spatial design, colour and light, theme, myth and music to the performers’ bodies, Davine aims to create a total audience experience. In this way, he endeavours to define a new form of performing arts, one which stands independently from other art forms to offer the unique possibility of an extraordinary group experience, influenced by the historic human necessity for tragic celebration, ritual, and cathartic connection.

Joshua Tennent is a classically trained guitarist and composer who is currently based in Berlin. His music has naturally evolved to encompass electronic beats, ambient noise, free Jazz, and Brazilian influences in poetic improvisational performances. His looping guitars and melodic riffs float on top of an immersive electronic soundscape which transports the listener into a profound depth of feeling. His musical influences range from Steve Reich, Miles Davis, minimal techno, Agustin Barrios, Baden Powell, and John Cage.

The Berlin-based clarinetist/composer/performer Michael Thieke is equally at home across a broad range of musical environments, such as experimental song forms, collectively composing projects, improvising collectives, and music on the fringes of jazz. He is exploring the minutiae of sound, timbre and noise, with a particular interest in microtonality and related sound phenomena, and with a preference for long-term collaborations and collective work.
As a member of groups such as The International Nothing, The Magic I.D. , The Pitch, Der lange Schatten, Splitter Orchester, Porta Chiusa, Nashaz, Asfourieh, as well as duos with Biliana Voutchkova, Luigi Marino and Vilhelm Bromander, his work has been documented on over 60 releases. He has performed in Europe, Japan, Canada, China, Russia, Lebanon, USA, Vietnam, Brasil and Malaysia on festivals such as MaerzMusik (Berlin), Irtijal (Beirut), ctm (Berlin), Ftarri Festival (Tokyo), Festival International de Musique Actuelle (Victoriaville) , Sonic Acts (Amsterdam), Novas Frequencias (Rio de Janeiro), Taipei Improvised Music Festival, Experimental Intermedia (New York). |

Odd xx is the solo project of Berlin-based
composer and producer, Turi Agostino channel through Odd, the various musical (Aus tralia). Eclectic, visceral sonic arrangements, as well as classical piano, underpin most of his compositions and are shaped by his work as a professional music producer. Agostino seeks to frequencies that oscillate between dark and industrial: tender and melodic. Odd often collaborates with vocalists, theatre practitioners and artists to transgress genre and combine various styles. Odd also performs with M Craft, artist Mauli’s performance at Germany’s Splash! Festival (2018) where he most recently played at Colours of Ostrava festival (2018) in the Czech Republic’s former blast furnaces and featured in hip-hop artist Mauli’s performance at Germany’s Splash! Festival |

Valquire Christopher Veljkovic is a Berlin based music proiducer (schœneberg) filmmaker, photographer and media artist. His body of work includes a great variety of photography, music- and fashion videos, media art performances, installations and music. After being dedicated to IT project development as CEO and CTO in several entrepreneurships, nowadays he concentrates on the creation of images, narrative films and music and runs valcons productions as an HQ for commissioned works. He is steadily involved in the Berlin underground art and music scene, most recently with the music project schœneberg and the former media art collective dev01ded, which is now his alter ego for VJing, creation of visuals and light concepts for live entertainment.

Sonja Dissberger was born in Düsseldorf, Germany. She started drawing in young age and developed first sewing skills. In 2008 she moved to Berlin to study Fashion Design at Esmod. During that time she worked as an Intern for Designer Julia Laskowski ́s Label ROB-ERT and Couturier Carlo Joesch. In that period she developed her style of pattern making and her way of tailoring. After graduating and getting the chance to show at London Graduate Fashion Week, she gained experience in various fields. Leading a children's Fashion Show for Stadtvilla Global and at the same time started to work with the German HipHop Band Genetikk. In 2013 she was designing for Studio Laend Phuengkit. After this, she compiled experience in projects working with different Stylists and Photographers and was improving her way of combining art, craftsmanship and fashion. She describes her work as happiness from a melancholic point of view using very powerful an shiny colors in contrast with, dark tones, abstract cold patterns and contrary shapes e.g. in utilizing reversibility.
